TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Digital Marketing Professional to drive demand generation and customer engagement through multi-channel campaigns. You will design customer journeys, create landing pages and use marketing automation tools to generate qualified leads.

The role requires at least 2 years in digital marketing, with experience in Marketo and analytics. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize campaigns and report on impact from Madrid-area offices.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Enablement, Demand Generation or a similar role.
• Experience supporting digital campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Experience using marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate digital demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, eCommerce and other digital platforms.
• Support the design and execution of customer journeys and marketing funnels to generate qualified leads.
• Segment target audiences and recommend the most effective digital approach for different customer profiles.
• Create and maintain landing pages, lead generation forms and digital campaign assets using marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
• Develop clear value propositions, storytelling and digital content to support business initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse customer engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track lead generation activities and support Sales teams in following up digital opportunities.
• Build reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Vendor Management and Business Units to ensure digital activities support business objectives.
• Identify new digital tools, AI capabilities and innovative approaches that improve customer engagement and demand generation.
