SENIOR SCRUM MASTER (REMOTE)

• Mandatory to speak Spanish and English

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to assist the Scrum Team, support the Product Owner, and help the organization build great products and services for a global company in the insurance sector.

Requirements include more than 5 years of experience dedicated exclusively to project management as a Scrum Master, especially using Atlassian suite tools such as Jira.

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (systems, back-end, front-end, etc.) as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years, with teams of more than 10 developers, and measuring metrics such as burndown, velocity, backlog management, and sprint retrospectives and ceremonies.

Knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, and understanding of programming languages to connect with Jira tasks and comprehend the work ecosystem.

Fluent in Spanish; knowledge of German is highly valued but not mandatory.
