Role Description
MCT (Meta Cell Technology) is an SME that specializes in regenerative medicine. We are growing rapidly and are seeking a dynamic Digital Content Coordinator & Design Specialist to plan, produce, and coordinate all digital content (images, videos, web, and email), manage promotional assets, and support events, with the goal of enhancing brand awareness and accelerating the international adoption of our medical device in new segments.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and schedule posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, blog) using editorial calendars.
Design banners, flyers, infographics, and email templates (Illustrator, Figma, Canva, Mailchimp) and adapt them to language, distributor, and market.
Segment lists, create responsive templates, set up automated workflows, and lead-scoring (Mailchimp), monitor leads.
Design / layout pages and landing pages in WordPress / Webflow (responsive, basic UX / UI, on-page SEO).
Organize and maintain the DAM / Drive repository (versions, expiration dates, approvals).
Manage stand and digital display suppliers, supervise graphic design, and coordinate onsite and post-event logistics (lead follow-up).
Update weekly / monthly dashboards (GA4, Excel) and present findings to the Marketing Manager for continuous optimization.
What We're Looking For :
Education : Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design with a specialization in digital marketing.
Experience : 1-3 years in digital marketing roles with a portfolio of video / images, graphic materials, and websites.
Technical Skills : Adobe CC (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, Figma, Blender / Cinema 4D (desirable but not required), WordPress, Dynamics CRM, Meta Business Suite, SEM / Instagram ads campaigns, Mailchimp, GA4.
Languages : Native Spanish, Intermediate English. Other European languages are a plus.
Soft Skills : Content organization and planning, strong aesthetic sense, storytelling, proactivity, and commitment to delivering within deadlines.
