Responsibilities:
- Performance Excellence Management: Presentation and analysis of performance and forecast figures to all stakeholders. Monitoring performance and building action plans towards improvement. Developing sales strategies and monitoring their execution and effectiveness. Responsible for performance improvement plans and performance appraisal reviews. Accountable for team members' development and career path clarity. Coaching direct reports and second-level team members through 1-on-1s and other methods. Responsible for operating profit, including ensuring the most efficient possible operation with financial forecasting. Managing employee satisfaction and executing motivational and engagement plans. Engaging stakeholders to improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Team Manager.
- Hands-on experience leading large teams.
- Ability to nurture and maximize successful client relationships.
- Proven experience in Online Sales or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent level of English.
- Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated skills in motivating and developing people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in business writing.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment.
