Community Manager Job Description
This role involves developing engaging content, managing our community, and shaping our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, film, and edit social-first content aligned with the content calendar.
- Write compelling copy to represent our voice across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and pitch fresh, creative content ideas.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to fulfill content needs.
- Create content guidelines, playbooks, and best practices for consistency and quality.
- Support social media strategy through competitor research and content performance analysis.
- Assist strategists by researching trends and proposing innovative content formats.
- Monitor, track, and analyze content performance using internal tools.
- Produce regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor feedback and online reviews, and collaborate with our Customer Support team.
- Build and nurture relationships with our audience, partners, influencers, and industry professionals.
About You
Successful candidates will be digital natives who love social media and community building. They should know how to engage audiences, spot trends, and bring energy and creativity into every piece of content they create.
We're Looking For Someone Who :
- Is fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); French, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.
- Has a degree or equivalent hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Brings 4+ years of experience in social media or community management.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has a proactive, can-do mindset and takes full ownership of their projects.
- Is detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong problem-solver.
- Stays current on digital trends, tech updates, and media shifts.
- Is skilled in Canva and CapCut, especially for short-form video editing.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Knows how to define and track community KPIs.
- Enjoys collaborating in a vibrant, international team environment.
- Is based in Madrid, Spain.
