This role is an individual contributor position, but with leadership accountability for a team of 10 Digital CSA vendors operating across EMEA. These vendors are coordinated through a vendor team lead, whom you will coach and support to ensure operational excellence and customer impact.
As a Digital Cloud Solution Architecture Lead, you will be responsible for driving Azure adoption and consumption across high-value committed milestones (>$10K) for Non-Unified and Non-DCSA pinned SME&C Corporate customers. Your primary goal is to achieve 95% commit-to-complete on all assigned milestones, ensuring customer success and business growth.
