Formación

Responsibilities

• You will lead, drive, and manage engagements to achieve revenue and consumption targets.
• Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and growth, expanding Azure usage by cultivating customer affinity with Microsoft programs/solutions that create impact and establishing Microsoft as a leader. Provide feedback on customer development needs, blockers, or mitigation strategies.
• Conduct analyses of customer usage versus needs. Drive increased consumption (cloud and support) based on insights, and provide guidance to expand, retain, and optimize Azure consumption.
• Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modernized roadmap. Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability and successful deployment, while coordinating resources and infusing Infrastructure technologies.
• Run Architectural Design Sessions to develop plans for implementing solutions aligned with customer goals and technical environments.
• Collaborate with other Digital Cloud Solution Architects and the Microsoft ecosystem to ensure proper deployment of cloud solutions on Azure.
• Engage closely with customers to meet or exceed team targets, manage customer progress in CRM, forecast, assess risks, and identify performance improvement plans during weekly deal and pipeline reviews.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, and/or technical sales.
• OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND relevant experience.
• OR relevant certifications from Microsoft or other platforms AND experience in technical roles.
• Experience with cloud-based solution design, migrations, and management.
