We are looking for an Digital Center Manager to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth!

Functions & Responsibilities :

Assist to the heads of departments in defining and implementing the Company’s IT strategy. Ensure the availability, security, and scalability of IT & OT systems.

Develop and align IT & OT strategies with the overall business objectives. Contribute to the development of the organization's IT roadmap.

Assist to the heads of departments in planning, designing, and setting up the information system for the Company.

Assist to the heads of departments in the maintenance, optimization and technical support of the Company's systems (ERP、OA system, etc.).

Responsible for the management and optimization of the Company's data center, including access, server management, network, cyber security management, etc.

Responsible for the IT & OT communication of Office, Datacenter and PV / wind assets.

Responsible for developing and managing a crisis plan to keep the company on track in the event of a crisis.

Cybersecurity and risk management to keep the Company up and running in case of crisis.

Responsible for the proper functioning of users' computer hardware and software, IT service providers and IT technical support.

Technology evaluation and adoption. Advise and recommend the Company on technological service

Lead and manage the team (internal and outsourced).

Vendor, procurement and contract management according to the requirement of China HQ.

Assist to the heads of departments in the developing and managing the department annual budget practically, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Monitor and control IT expenditures in a compliant way to stay within budget.

IT related fixed assets management.

Responsible for communication supporting with China HQ.

Other tasks in the department or assigned by the EVP and the Company.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • Degree in computer, information technology or related majors or any equivalent work experience.
  • Master’s degree in related field would be highly appreciated.
  • At least 10 years of working experience a similar position in the IT industry.

Bonus points if you have :

  • Knowledge in European IT & OT domains, including regulatory compliance (GDPR, cybersecurity standards), IT best practices (ITIL, ISO 27001), hybrid Microsoft-based infrastructures, renewable energy control systems, and industrial protocols (IEC104, Modbus / TCP, OPC DA / UA).
  • Experience working in the renewables sector, team management, and knowledge of the European IT / OT market landscape; such as solutions, regulations, and suppliers.
