Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a Digital Center Manager to join a leading multinational renewable energy company. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy and eager for professional growth.

Functions & Responsibilities :

  • Assist department heads in defining and implementing the company's IT strategy, ensuring system availability, security, and scalability.
  • Develop and align IT & OT strategies with business objectives; contribute to the IT roadmap.
  • Support planning, design, and implementation of information systems.
  • Maintain and optimize company systems (ERP, OA, etc.) and manage data center operations, including security and network management.
  • Oversee IT & OT communications across office, data center, and renewable assets.
  • Develop and manage crisis and cybersecurity plans to ensure operational continuity.
  • Ensure proper functioning of hardware, software, and support services.
  • Evaluate and recommend technological solutions and innovations.
  • Lead and manage internal and outsourced teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contracts in coordination with China HQ.
  • Develop and oversee the department budget, ensuring resource allocation and expenditure control.
  • Manage IT assets and facilitate communication with China HQ.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by EVP or management.

Qualifications : Essential :

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
  • Minimum of 10 years in a similar IT leadership role.

Preferred :

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of European IT & OT standards, compliance (GDPR, cybersecurity, ITIL, ISO 27001), renewable energy control systems, and industrial protocols (IEC104, Modbus / TCP, OPC UA).
  • Experience in the renewable sector, team management, and familiarity with European market regulations and solutions.
