Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social advertising with strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar; Master in Digital Marketing is a plus.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

Responsibilities
  • Implement, manage and optimise social media campaigns on Social Networks (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, among others)
  • Monitor the results of paid campaigns and apply the learning to the overall strategy and contribute to the growth of the client's business by identifying new opportunities
  • Manage the administration and execution of paid social media plans, ensuring the achievement of objectives and KPIs, as well as keeping day-to-day budgetary control
  • Maintain an open and fluid communication channel with the content, community managers and creative departments to transfer a 360º vision to the planning
  • Be a reference in the new products of the different Paid Social platforms
  • Maintain a good communication channel with the internal marketing management team, being able to explain technical topics in an easy way
  • Deliver reports based on the analysis of campaign data (Looker Studio, Excel, Business Manager)
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar. A Master in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of Paid social experience
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience on paid social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest...
  • Knowledge of Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, GA4, etc.)
  • Analytical result-oriented mindset
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
