Job summary

ING is seeking a Digital Business Expert to join the Surfing Account squad within the Daily Banking & Savings Tribe in Madrid. You will focus on delivering added-value services and guiding customers toward Mobile Primary Bank while coordinating with Marketing, CI, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset, autonomous work style, and strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI and/or MicroStrategy.

• Lead relationships with partner entities and ensure clear communication.
• Build strong communication with ING stakeholders to reach goals.

Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Business Expert to join our Surfing Account squad of Daily Banking & Savings Tribe. The responsibility of this team is to give an outstanding service to transactional customers, as well as develop them towards MPB. In addition, there are added value services such as travel plan, Global Exchange or Tax Down, that we want to offer in the best way to our customers, to increase their engagement and satisfaction with the bank.

Your key responsibilities

• Contributing to the development of our customers, by offering added value services that they can contract and promoting that they bring their payroll to become into Mobile Primary Bank
• Continuous follow-up of different campaigns, hand‑by‑hand with Marketing and CI.
• Designing communication strategy to increase the penetration in the different services
• Having the operative and financial risk under control, according to the internal and external regulatory framework
• Leading our partners relationship, ensuring smooth communication.
• Building strong and healthy communication with all the ING Stakeholders to reach our goals
• Increase customer satisfaction, managing the Voice of the Customers and proposing improvements

Tu función y entorno de trabajo: Estamos buscando una persona con talento y entusiasmo para el puesto de Digital Business Expert que se incorpore a nuestra squad de Surfing Account dentro de la Daily Banking & Savings Tribe. La responsabilidad de este equipo es ofrecer un servicio excepcional a la clientela transaccional, así como desarrollarla hacia MPB. Además, existen servicios de valor añadido como Travel Plan, Global Exchange o Tax Down, que queremos ofrecer de la mejor manera a nuestra clientela para incrementar su engagement y satisfacción con el banco.

Tus principales responsabilidades

• Contribuir al desarrollo de nuestra clientela, ofreciendo servicios de valor añadido que puedan contratar y promoviendo que domicilien su nómina para convertirse en Mobile Primary Bank.
• Realizar un seguimiento continuo de diferentes campañas, mano a mano con Marketing y CI.
• Diseñar la estrategia de comunicación para incrementar la penetración de los distintos servicios.
• Mantener bajo control el riesgo operativo y financiero, de acuerdo con el marco regulatorio interno y externo.
• Liderar la relación con nuestras entidades colaboradoras, garantizando una comunicación fluida.
• Construir una comunicación sólida y saludable con todas las personas stakeholder de ING para alcanzar nuestros objetivos.
• Incrementar la satisfacción de la clientela, gestionando la Voz de la Clientela y proponiendo mejoras.
