About the role:

As Lead Business Owner, you will identify and prioritize digital projects to enhance online aftersales products and services, generate leads, and drive business growth to meet customer demands for SEAT and CUPRA. You will oversee end-to-end project implementation, from conception to market launch, ensuring collaboration among all stakeholders. Your strategic vision will ensure coherence and synergy across projects.

What we expect from you:

  • Proactive planning, organization, execution, and supervision to achieve objectives with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to influence management, suppliers, colleagues, and customers to meet goals.
  • Research and analyze industry trends and developments.
  • Evaluate challenges and develop effective solutions based on experience.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering broad or specialized insights.
  • Analyze, update, and implement relevant standards and evaluate alternatives.
  • Define and align online aftersales strategies with business goals, ensuring an omnichannel experience.
  • Develop business cases, KPIs, and budgets for digital projects, securing approval and maturity.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders like CARIAD and VW Group Brands for strategy execution.
  • Make autonomous decisions within your scope and propose strategic initiatives to leadership.
  • Recommend policies, procedures, and impactful use cases to maximize business value.
  • Identify best practices, synergies, and new opportunities from markets and projects.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives are fulfilled and optimized.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of digital use cases, from definition to deployment and KPI achievement.
  • Represent leadership in digital meetings and facilitate cross-departmental communication.
  • Prepare and present use cases for internal approval, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
