Drive Rituals' digital presence with 360° brand activation and consumer-focused campaigns.

Your Role

Leveraging your marketing expertise, you’ll be responsible for activating the Rituals brand across digital platforms to enhance visibility and engagement, leading to omnichannel 360° campaigns. You’ll work closely with global and local teams, ensuring Spanish digital communication aligns with monthly campaigns, collection launches, and local activations such as events and market moments. It is crucial to align the digital experience with our brand identity and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the amplification of local strategy through digital owned channels, including managing newsletter layers, local e-commerce content blocks, content pages, and other localization tools to maximize visibility.

• Global Campaign Adaptation & Quality Control

Coordinate with Global HQ to adapt and execute international campaigns for the local market, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency. Oversee the review and approval of all Spanish digital content translations (newsletters, Rituals e-commerce, marketplaces), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency with the Rituals brand voice and tone.

• Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Analyze and report on the performance of each local digital initiative, identify insights, and propose improvements to enhance engagement, reach, and effectiveness.

What You Bring

• 2 years proven experience in digital campaign activation (ideally lifestyle or beauty).
• Ability to own projects from concept to execution.
• Strong copywriting skills in Spanish.
• Creative and results-oriented with strong analytical skills (knowledge in GA4, Power BI preferred).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
• Understanding of young consumers and aesthetic sensitivity aligned with premium brands.
