ISDIN is seeking a Digital Back Office Specialist to support cross-channel content management and operational tasks from Barcelona. Your work will help ensure accurate product information, smooth website experiences, and timely data handling across country rollouts.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage data uploads, and assist in keeping CDM feeds current. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and proactive process improvement.

Formación

• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Configuration and maintenance of features/ functionalities (cross-selling, pre-header, intracards, homepage).
• Experience upload requests to remoters (creating Jira tickets + completing Excel).
• Legal terms/conditions requests and upload to BO.

What will your challenges be?

• Configuration and maintenance of features/functionalities (cross-selling, pre-header, intracards, homepage)
• Experience upload requests to remoters (creating Jira tickets + completing Excel)
• Legal terms/conditions requests and upload to BO .
• Adding new experiences to the CDM file (feeds TARS costs) .
• Content Management for all websites
• Operational management support for country rollouts with App
• Stock Control and Replacement Management
