As AXA Partners continues its transformation journey to become a tech-led company, we are seeking a Digital Applications IT Owner to take charge of our digital applications across web, Android, and iOS platforms. This critical role will help ensure that our provider's journey delivers exceptional services to our customers. If you have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills, we want you to be part of our mission!

What you’ll be doing

As the Digital Applications IT Owner, your key responsibilities will include:

• Technology Evaluation and Adoption:Researching and evaluating new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance our digital applications, and making recommendations to the leadership team based on feasibility and impact.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:Implementing performance monitoring tools and processes to track application performance, identifying areas for improvement to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their needs and aligning digital application strategies with overall business objectives.
• Vendor Management:Managing relationships with external vendors to ensure that service level agreements are met and addressing any escalations or issues that arise.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives:Leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement, including process enhancements, automation, and innovation to keep applications competitive.
• Talent Development:Identifying skill gaps within the team, developing training plans, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.

What you’ll bring:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a team management role.
• Strong experience with cloud and microservices applications, particularly in Azure, REST API, React, and React Native.
• Practical knowledge of testing tools across test management, automation, and other specialized techniques.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a project management background.
• A hands-on, proactive attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• The ability to influence and conciliate effectively, while directing remote teams.
• Strong customer skills and the capacity to adapt quickly to changes.
