Digital and Data Solutions Developer

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital and Data Solutions Developer to join our dynamic team, supporting the Global Development Factory Manager by developing Digital and Data solutions.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Ensure delivery of the solutions as defined by the Development Factory Manager.
2. Work with the Solution Lead, architects, product teams, and internal/external customers.
3. Review progress during project stage gate reviews and provide input as needed.
4. Participate and contribute towards all SDLC stages.
5. Drive various activities during the implementation of new solutions.
6. Work with the Product Owner and customers to ensure UAT is planned and executed.
7. Produce training materials and provide systems training.
8. Support post-launch activities as needed.
9. Provide continuous improvement recommendations.
10. Mentor and guide team members.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. 5+ years of experience as a Developer within a software development team.
2. Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, Lucid Chart, etc.
3. Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.
4. Ability to translate technical terms to operational teams and vice versa.
5. Ability to perform technical analysis and produce effective business requirements documentation.
6. Ability to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders.
7. Fluent in English; fluency in the local language is a plus.
8. Expertise in analyzing data in multiple formats and the ability to read JSON and XML structures.
9. Ability to query data using SQL; advanced query-writing skills are desirable.

Technical Skills:

1. Core Java (JDK 8 and above), Spring Boot
2. Rest API
3. Experience with Event Driven architecture (e.g. KAFKA)
