Role Overview

We are seeking Data Analysts to support fast-paced AI-driven initiatives, such as digital assistants, voice bots, and next-gen support tools. These roles require a strong foundation in Data Analytics (70%) and an affinity for Data Science (30%), focusing on defining success metrics, improving data quality, reporting, and generating insights for strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is curious about user behavior, proficient in product analytics, and customer-focused, driving actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement customer journey tracking mechanisms.
2. Extract, prepare, and explore data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights, possibly by joining several data sources.
3. Create dashboards in Tableau for structured or ad-hoc visualizations.
4. Develop automated reporting solutions using SQL, Python, or Tableau to streamline reporting and reduce manual efforts.
5. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and insights.
6. Support OKR tracking by aligning data metrics with business objectives and monitoring performance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, with exposure to AI/ML-driven use cases.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with Tag Management, Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), cloud platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Microsoft Azure), and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience in Product Analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, or AI-enabled customer service solutions is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.
