Role

Our Madrid office is looking for a student to join our Digital Services team in Madrid. We are looking for people with analytical skills and a passion for consulting on complex projects in the built environment: on a building, city, and infrastructure scale.

Students will participate in the following department tasks:

• Deliver projects in the field of digital transformation for different clients from the public and private sector.
• Write and prepare deliverables for the client under the supervision of project managers.
• Assist in the preparation of offers and tenders.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings related to the corresponding consulting projects.
• Collaborate across a wide range of work areas, including smart buildings, smart cities, and digital twins.
• To be currently studying Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• To feel comfortable working as a generalist specialist: able to work on different topics and projects, and be able to delve deeper into some areas (smart construction, decarbonization, smart cities, infrastructure... all related to the built environment).
• Have an eye for detail and design: High presentation skills and experience in presenting work results.
• Data-driven analytical thinking and problem solving.
• To enjoy a creative and unpredictable process, thrive in a rapidly changing environment, and be enthusiastic about designing strategies and methodologies to address complex problems.
• High level of English and Spanish (C1).

Valuable requirements

• To be studying a master's degree in the field of technology or digital transformation.
• To have previous experience in consulting or in the technological field.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies will be valued, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Programming knowledge, oriented to data analysis (Python, R, etc.).
• Design and presentation skills: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Data analysis and visualization: PowerBI, GIS software.

Conditions

• Be enrolled in the university to be able to establish an agreement with the University.
• Immediate incorporation.
• Duration: 6 months of extendable internship (possibility of joining after completing the internship).
• Schedule: From 20 to 40 hours per week to be defined with the student.
• Remuneration: will depend on the student's level of training and the number of hours established.
