Digital Adoption Solution Builder (m / f / d) based in Madrid (Spain - Remote Work)

We have made it our mission to support our clients with holistic solutions from strategy to implementation from a single source. Our focus is on creating inspiring customer experiences for a sustainable and value-adding relationship between brands and end customers.

Your Tasks:

  • Development of interactive guides, onboarding solutions and context-sensitive tooltips that help users to better understand their software.
  • Testing, implementing and maintaining the content created to ensure its functionality and quality.
  • Analysis of user behaviour, use cases and feedback in order to continuously improve existing solutions and implement new requirements.
  • Independent documentation and maintenance of the content created and the course of the project. Collaboration with an international team from Germany, Portugal and the UK.

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, business or media informatics, business administration with a focus on digitalisation, interaction design or similar).
  • Ability to understand user requirements and develop customised solutions.
  • Structured and independent way of working, even with parallel projects.
  • Good communication (English C1) and teamwork skills.
  • Openness to learn new methods and technologies and to develop further.
