Responsibilities
- Focus on generating new pipeline by engaging with CXOs, ITDMs, and BDMs through territory planning, marketing signals, and digital assets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and advocate for customers within the organization/Microsoft.
- Identify decision makers within customer organizations by leveraging partners and v-teams.
- Engage with C-Suite executives and focus on customer satisfaction metrics.
- Take ownership of issues and proactively reach out to customers to reinforce engagement.
- Ensure continuity of customer accounts and monitor satisfaction metrics, establishing conditions of satisfaction at the outset and managing escalation processes.
- Think strategically about sales territory, setting standards and priorities, and leveraging specialized and technical resources.
- Assist existing and new customers in adopting cloud solutions through cohesive planning, upsell, co-sell motions, and renewals to maximize business outcomes.
- Understand and accelerate customer AI and cloud strategies.
- Build a sustainable pipeline to support business growth each quarter.
- Build and nurture partner relationships to drive scale and revenue.
- Coordinate resources across teams to execute territory plans with partners, driving accountability and strategic partner participation.
- Engage with customers through specialized resources to provide solutions-based and technology-based engagement addressing their challenges and opportunities.
- Leverage additional resources such as partners to support customer transformation journeys.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation experience with consistent year-over-year growth.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field, plus relevant sales or negotiation experience with growth.
- OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent Portuguese required.
