KBR, Inc. supports the USAF at Morón Air Base in Spain, providing food service management under a five-year base with options. The Food Service Supervisor works closely with the Dining Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure meal prep, service, and sanitation meet established standards.

Formación

• Food Handler’s Certificate.
• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Be able to read, write and speak, and comprehend English level III.

Responsabilidades

• The Supervisor must inspect the facility and operation thoroughly making sure everything flows smoothly
• Prior to the start of the meals, the supervisor must ensure the cashiers are fully aware of all menu options and prices
• Assist Public Health inspectors during monthly inspections; record equipment and food temperatures every four hours
• Adhere to all Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation Standards; keep up with all required training
• Wear a clean uniform and pertinent personal protective equipment
• Work shifts
• Assumes all management responsibilities in the absence of the Dining Facility Manager
• Cover as a cashier as needed
• Maintain and adhere to all safety guidelines and standards
