KBR, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Cook (Contingency) to support the USAF dining facility at Morón Air Base, Spain. You will prepare and serve meals, monitor quality, and assist with menu planning and inventory, while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires food service experience, a Food Handler's Certificate, and English proficiency. Prior military environment exposure and teamwork are preferred.

Formación

• Food Handler's Certificate is required.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum two years' experience in a restaurant or food production setting.
• English level 1 proficiency required.
• Preferred: English Level II (read/write/speak).
• Computer skills preferred.
• Experience in a military environment preferred.
• Experience working in groups/teams preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete delegation of tasks at the beginning of the shift.
• Prepare meals progressively based on the daily production log and monitor temperatures.
• Document produced and discarded food on the daily log and notify supervisor.
• Prepare short order items if needed and ensure safe temperatures.
• Adhere to Safety, Hygiene, and Sanitation Standards.
• Wear a clean uniform and proper PPE.
• Must work shifts.
