KBR supports the USAF Morón AFB dining operations in Spain, delivering contingency dining facility leadership across shifts and staff coordination.

The role supervises daily food service activities, assists with menu prep and service, and ensures adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards while supporting the Dining Facility Manager. The supervisor also helps with cashier duties when needed and promotes a collaborative dining environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• English language comprehension at level III.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect facility and operations to ensure smooth flow.
• Ensure cashiers know menu options and prices before meals.
• Assist Public Health inspectors during monthly inspections; record temperatures every four hours.
• Adhere to Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation Standards; complete required training.
• Wear a clean uniform and appropriate PPE; work shifts.
• Assume leadership in the absence of the Dining Facility Manager.
• Cover cashier duties as needed.
• Maintain and follow safety guidelines and standards.
