KBR, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Cook (Contingency) to support USAF DFAC operations at Morón Air Base, Spain. The role emphasizes safe food handling, portion control, and teamwork to provide high-quality meals under Air Force regulations.

The Cook will assist with menu planning, inventory management, and ensure compliance with sanitation standards while contributing to a professional dining environment for USAF personnel.

Formación

• Food Handler’s Certificate or equivalent required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a restaurant or food production atmosphere.
• English level 1 proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals according to the daily production log.
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper food safety standards.
• Document production and waste; notify supervisor of any discrepancies.
• Assist with menu planning and inventory management.
• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen environment and proper uniform PPE.
