GMV is expanding its space sector team in Madrid, joining a systems development team for aeronautical projects (air navigation). You will participate in all DevOps phases: requirements, design, software/hardware development, validation, commissioning and maintenance.

We value C++/Java, Python and Linux expertise, plus CI/CD with GitLab and Jenkins and Docker for releases. We offer hybrid work, relocation support, flexible hours, language training, and international mobility opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in C++ or Java, and Python.
• Strong Linux knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Define system requirements and software architecture.
• Implement the system with CI/CD processes (GitLab, Jenkins) and generate releases (Docker).
• Develop and integrate software in Java, C++, Python.
• Prepare and update necessary documentation.
• Deployment processes and maintenance.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

You will join a systems development team in the aeronautical sector (air navigation). You will be involved in all phases of the project’s development (DevOps): requirements definition, system design, software/hardware development, validation, commissioning and maintenance. The team has experience in similar development projects, which will facilitate your learning and the transfer of knowledge.

• Defining system requirements and software architecture.
• Implementing the system (languages: Java, C++ and Python) following CI/CD processes (tools: GitLab, Jenkins, Robot Framework) and generating releases (Docker).
• Deployment: Harbour.
• Preparing and updating the necessary documentation.
