UST España & Latam is seeking a DevOps Engineer with AI experience to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. You will build CI/CD pipelines, manage IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation, and support AI initiatives.

You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure and AWS, monitor performance, enforce security, and contribute to architecture reviews. Excellent problem solving, English at B2 are required, plus 3+ years in DevOps/SRE.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with AI and agents.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps and Terraform.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• English B2

What we look for?

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with AI experience, to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. This role requires strong expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, cloud platforms, and experience supporting or enabling Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with AI and agents.
• Proven experience with: Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps and Terraform
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of CloudFormation.

• Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members.
