Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia previa en posiciones de inteligencia de negocios, preferiblemente en inmunología.
• Capacidad para anticipar riesgos y oportunidades.

Responsabilidades

• Identificar y analizar fuentes de datos externas para entender la dinámica del mercado.
• Liderar el desarrollo de capacidades analíticas a nivel de BT / IFT.

Job Description

• Identify and analyze external data sources that facilitate an understanding of market dynamics.
• Anticipate risks & opportunities and facilitate decision-making based on objective analysis.
• Lead the development of analytical capabilities at the BT / IFT level.
• Update and optimize the Analytical Methodology, providing tools that allow for an accurate diagnosis and monitoring of action plans.
• Evaluate the performance of each brand at the national / territory / account level.
• Lead and manage the conduct of Market Research / Competitive Intelligence to meet identified information needs Participation in the “Insights Generation” process.
• As a member of the Brand Team, participate in the development of brands' Strategic & Tactical Plans.
• Participate in the Forecasting / Strategic Planning process.
• Lead the implementation of the “In-Field Team Excellence” methodology in the brand.

Qualifications

• Business-oriented analytical capacity.
• Ability to work in a team Leadership capacity and influence in matrix environments.
• Degree (Science, Engineering, ADE, etc.).
• Knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness & Market Research.
• At least 5 years of previous experience in Business Intelligence positions, ideally in Immunology.
• High level of English.
• Location: Madrid.
