BME - Bolsas y Mercados Españoles, part of SIX, drives the transformation of financial markets and seeks an Application Ops Engineer in Barcelona to support application development teams through automation, standardized CI/CD pipelines, and shared operational platforms.
In this role you will design, build, and operate scalable deployment and automation solutions, using GitLab, Ansible, ArgoCD, Airflow and Python, collaborating closely with developers and platform teams to ensure quality and best
Formación
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
- Basic Python scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and deployments.
- Exposure to observability or monitoring tools is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and ArgoCD.
- Develop reusable automation templates with Ansible.
- Assist in deployment pipelines, workflows, and observability configurations.
- Operate and improve Airflow scheduling/workflow automation.
- Write Python scripts for automation and integrations.
- Promote security, standardization, and scalability in deployments.
- Collaborate with central infra on provisioning and upgrades.
- Document configurations and best practices.
- Learn modern DevOps tooling and share knowledge within the team.
