Formación

• 5+ years as a developer/sysadmin in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & .NET/Azure.
• Strong operational experience in Windows/Linux/Unix environments.

You are either a developer who is interested in deployment and network operations, or a sysadmin who has a passion for scripting and coding and wants to move into the development side where you can improve the planning of test and deployment.

Either way, you have pushed beyond your defined areas of competence and have a more multidisciplinary view of your technical environments!

What we need to see from you

Your tasks

1. You will craft, build and maintain deployment processes/scripts and make use of development tools for Continuous Integration (CI) or Continuous Delivery (CD) of Dynamics 365 CRM and .NET/Angular based cloud solutions.
2. Integrate automated tests for security, governance and other non-functional requirements to ensure high quality over all our developed applications.
3. Find solutions for a reliable and stable deployment process for our cloud-based web applications and microservices together with the engineering teams.
4. You support and further develop our ALM platform Azure DevOps and tool chain together with other DevOps engineers.
5. Lead all aspects of our cloud resource management and provide Grafana dashboards or alerts for budget and consumption monitoring.
6. Due to your interface position, you are called and qualified to further develop agile methods of software development in the company to improve operational processes.
7. You will coordinate and develop security and infrastructure concepts in alignment with both the development teams and the company's security and infrastructure departments.

Your qualifications

1. You have experience (5+ years) as a professional developer or sysadmin in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & .NET/Azure cloud environment.
2. You are familiar with both provisioning and administration of infrastructure for deployment, monitoring and test automation as well as with software development lifecycles in general.
3. You feel comfortable with frequent incremental code builds, testing and deployment.
4. You possess automation skills (tool agnostic) and a strong grasp of automation tools.
5. A continuous focus on business outcomes is normal for you.
6. You are always looking for simple solutions for configuration and automation management, health checks, single points of failure, notifications, etc.
7. You are an expert in any of the following tools and coding languages: Azure DevOps, Git, C#, Docker.
8. You have strong operational experience in Windows/Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages like PowerShell, Shell, Perl, Python.
9. Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS platform in a production environment is a high advantage.
10. You have good English language skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
