DEVOPS ENGINEER - AI TECH – INGLES – REMOTO

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with experience in AI and machine learning to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices orchestration
• Strong background in managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), including cost optimization and security
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows, model deployment, and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
• Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications are a plus
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go) and automation skills
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
• Understanding of security, compliance, and infrastructure automation principles
• Ability to work in agile teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models and applications
2. Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure supporting the AI lifecycle
3. Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
4. Ensure scalability, reliability, and high availability of AI services
5. Implement best practices in MLOps for model versioning, monitoring, and rollback
6. Collaborate with data and ML teams to operationalize AI models
7. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
8. Champion security, compliance, and governance standards
9. Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps tools and practices
10. Act as a technical advisor in DevOps and MLOps

This is a full-time, remote position based in Spain. Candidates should be proficient in English and have relevant experience in AI-focused DevOps roles.
