Are you a DevOps Engineer looking for an opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and digital human technology? We are hiring for an exciting company at the forefront of conversational AI, helping businesses create immersive, multilingual AI assistants that transform customer interactions.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth, ASX-listed AI leader building next-generation AI-driven digital human technology. As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll work with a talented team to enhance cloud infrastructure, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and support AI model deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for microservices architecture.
• Deploy and maintain Python (FastAPI) and Node.js services.
• Configure and manage AWS services, including:
• Compute: EC2, Lambda
• Analytics: Redshift, Kinesis, AWS Glue
• Caching: Redis
• Networking: VPC, Route53, CloudFront
• Assist in infrastructure monitoring, scaling, and optimization.
• Work with the AI team to deploy ML models and video synthesis services.
• Support containerization (Docker) and orchestration of services.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production support.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving AI environment.

Essential Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps best practices and CI/CD principles.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Experience with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ) and caching solutions (Redis).
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data warehousing.
• Basic understanding of Python and Node.js environments.
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools.
• Strong experience with Git version control.

Nice-to-Haves:

• AWS certifications.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks.
• Knowledge of ML model deployment.
• Experience with media streaming or video processing.
• Familiarity with data streaming and processing (Kinesis, Glue, Redshift, Metabase).
• Understanding of OAuth and secure API implementation.
• Security best practices in cloud environments.
