Location : Spain / Portugal - 99% remote but candidates must be willing to attend client sites if required

Contract Type : Permanent

Experience Level : Mid-Senior (3–5+ years)

Our client, a global leader in IT consultancy, is seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer to help build, maintain, and improve the platforms that enable reliable, secure, and innovative customer communication across channels—from interactive video to physical mail.

What You’ll Do :

• Deliver and maintain API-first communication platform solutions with a strong focus on user experience
• Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment
• Collaborate through pair / mob programming and mentor junior engineers
• Work with other teams to understand user needs and translate them into feasible technical solutions
• Maintain a clear overview of system architecture and proactively seek improvements
• Automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency across teams

Daily Responsibilities Include :

• Monitor systems and perform daily health checks
• Troubleshoot incidents such as connectivity issues, data errors, and platform failures (e.g., StreamServe Exstream)
• Support internal users and ensure platform reliability
• Deploy updates and contribute to long-term platform evolution

Your Team :

Join a close-knit team of 7 skilled DevOps Engineers, each with a mix of infrastructure and development expertise. The team works agile and independently, emphasizing collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring :

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical application management
• Strong knowledge of Windows-based applications
• Skilled with XML / JSON file formats
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI / CD best practices
• Familiarity with automation (e.g. PowerShell), scripting, and containerization (Kubernetes / Docker)
• Understanding of API integration (e.g. WSO2), logging (e.g. Splunk)
• Experience with OpenText Exstream (StreamServe) and / or Frank!Framework
• English at minimum B1 level

Bonus Skills :

• Cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
• Experience in complex 24 / 7 environments

Candidates must be based in Spain or Portugal to be considered for this role.
