Position : Senior Engineer of Liquid Cooling Technology in Data Centre

Salary : Commission-Based + Performance-Based Incentives or Competitive Salary for Data Centre Sales Experts

Experience Level : Senior (2+ years in data center)

About Neurair : Neurair is a pioneering company in advanced high-efficiency cooling solutions for high-performance data centers. We focus on closed-loop liquid cooling technologies that maximize energy efficiency, minimize water waste, and enable AI-ready infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced professional who has worked in data centers in Spain or Europe, specializing in liquid cooling solutions (optional immersion cooling). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in liquid cooling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with data center owners, CTOs, facility managers, and procurement teams.
• Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team working on a commission-based structure.
• Have extensive knowledge on liquid cooling solutions (CDU, RDHx, sidecars) for data centers.
• Collaborate with data center clients to customize cooling strategies that reduce PUE and enhance energy efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to refine Neurair's cooling modules and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Conduct site visits, assessments, and audits to evaluate and improve cooling performance.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory compliance for liquid cooling solutions in European markets.
• Stay updated on emerging cooling technologies and provide insights on future trends in social media and to the team.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in data center infrastructure, liquid cooling, or high-tech B2B solutions.
• Strong network in the data center industry (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or cloud service providers).
• Ability to close high-value contracts and drive business growth in a commission-based sales environment.
• 2+ years of experience in data centers in Spain or Europe.
• Expertise in closed-loop cooling, CDU (Coolant Distribution Units), RDHx, and direct-to-chip cooling is a plus (optional immersion cooling).
• Experience working with high-density servers (AI / Cloud / HPC environments).
• Strong industry network in data centers and technical cooling solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience collaborating with hyperscale data centers or colocation providers.
• Knowledge of EU regulatory standards and compliance for cooling technologies.
