DevOps AWS

With a team of about 10,000 employees in 60 cities in Europe, adesso is one of the leading IT providers in the German-speaking market. For the office of adesso Spain, we are looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our international team.

The candidate will join the client project development team at a world-leading insurance company, focused on development of required capabilities and integration into the alliance based on AWS Offerings (definition of technological solutions, IaC, deployments…).

This position involves working both remotely, at the client's office in Barcelona, and traveling a couple of days to Germany every 1-3 months.

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of AWS infrastructure and respective services (RDS, EKS, Elasticache).
• Long-standing experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with common CI / CD Tools GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices.
• Experience in incident management and resolution, troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus.
