Kin + Carta is seeking a motivated and talented Azure Solutions Architect to join our Microsoft Alliance team. This customer-facing role involves owning the technical relationship and strategy between the customer and the organization. You will lead architectural design sessions, develop proof of concepts/pilots, implement projects, and drive ongoing refinement and enhancement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cloud technologies and a growth mindset to continually learn and thrive.

What you can expect

• Advise stakeholders and translate business requirements into designs for secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Assist in designing, building, and implementing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
• Understand customers’ infrastructure, IT, and business priorities to design architectures and solutions, including Microsoft and third-party solutions.
• Understand the foundational requirements for app migration and modernization.
• Have knowledge of implementing AI services on Azure.
• Collaborate with the team to define project requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are securely deployed in the cloud.
• Continuously analyze current technology environments to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements.

The type of person we’d like to meet

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cloud computing, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Studio, Azure ML, Power Platform, and other Azure services.
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends.
• Good knowledge of networking, identity, and security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• First-Stage Interview (30 mins) – A Q&A session to explore your skills, experience, and motivations. Opportunity to ask questions and learn about us.
• Second-Stage Interview (60 mins) – A technical interview based on a pre-provided brief, to evaluate your application of skills and experience.
• Making a Decision – Feedback discussion and final decision. We aim to respond promptly.
