We are looking for a motivated colleague to join us in exciting and international projects in our global Engineering team.

YOUR TASKS

As a member of our international team, you will undertake several development and data analysis tasks for our electrical pitch & yaw system. The system includes a frequency converter controlling the electro-mechanical drive and energy storage to ensure pitch safety during grid outages.

In Detail, This Includes Among Others The Following Tasks
  • PLC Programming with CoDeSys
  • Specify, perform, evaluate, and document tests for the electrical pitch & yaw system at component, system, and turbine levels
  • Analyze field data to verify the correct behavior of the electrical pitch & yaw system
  • Program and parameterize the pitch converter according to functional specifications
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to discuss system requirements and compile technical specifications
  • Review technical solutions, component dimensioning, and configurations with external suppliers
  • Create technical documentation such as FMEA, manuals, and notifications
YOUR PROFILE
  • M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, preferably in automation, power electronics, or electrical drives
  • Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink
  • Experience in PLC programming; knowledge of CoDeSys and/or Python is a plus
  • Data analysis experience is advantageous
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish and/or German skills are helpful
  • Well-organized, autonomous, solution-oriented, accurate, and efficient
  • Intercultural understanding and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for testing at test benches
