Responsibilities:

1. Development, optimization and testing of model-based functional and control concepts for an electro-hydraulic brake system.
2. Carrying out dynamic simulations to analyze, improve and validate system performance.
3. Integration and testing of the developed control concepts in prototypes and series applications.
4. Setting up and using measurement technology to verify and validate system functions and parameters.
5. Planning, implementation and evaluation of test bench measurements.

Professional Requirements:

1. Degree in engineering, preferably in mechatronics, automation technology or a comparable field of study.
2. Experience in the application of control engineering and working with sensors, actuators and control systems, ideally in the field of electrohydraulic systems.
3. Experience in modeling and simulating dynamic systems and corresponding software tools (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink, ideally also C/C++).
4. Knowledge and practical experience with measurement technology as well as the ability to analyze data and interpret test results.
5. At least three years of professional experience in a comparable environment.

Personal Requirements:

1. Independent, careful and structured way of working.
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
3. Good written and spoken German beneficial.
4. Very good command of written and spoken English.
