Job Description : Transport and Infrastructure Consultant

ALG is a leading global consultancy with 35 years of experience working with top players in the transport sector, including operators, infrastructure developers, and investors. We are seeking a Consultant with a background in Transport and Infrastructure Strategic Consulting to join our team in Barcelona or Madrid.

Key Areas of Focus

• Land transportation (Intermodal, Railways, Highways, Urban transport)
• Logistics (Multimodal - Roads, Rails, Ports, Air cargo - Dry Ports, Special Economic Zones)

Role and Responsibilities

As a Consultant, you will be part of a top global transport and infrastructure consulting firm, working with leading transport operators, infrastructure developers, and investors. Your role involves advising on strategic, commercial, and operational challenges across various projects, with a focus on different countries in Africa.

You will :

• Apply well-developed consulting skills and in-depth functional knowledge to execute assignments.
• Plan, organize, and lead tasks and projects to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Interpret results from multiple project components and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from a top-tier university in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in strategic consultancy is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, proficient in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
