Roche in Madrid is seeking a Developer Advocate to bridge the gap between our global developer community and internal platform teams. You will serve as an engineer-educator and community-builder for the E3 ecosystem, delivering practical guidance and real-world workflows.

You will prototype integrations, support engineers, craft demos and blogs, and drive internal sharing through inner-sourcing, tech talks, and hackathons. Strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of full-stack software development, DevOps, or Platform Engineering experience.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to build reference architectures and starter kits for developers.

Responsabilidades

• Prototype technical integrations and templates between core E3 platforms and diverse pipelines.
• Support engineering community with troubleshooting, architecture reviews and pairing sessions.
• Create presentations, demos, technical blogs, and sample solutions showing E3 capabilities.
• Engage internal Roche engineers through inner-sourcing initiatives, tech talks and hackathons.
