Roche in Madrid is seeking a Customer Integration Engineer to act as the bridge between our Business Units and the AWS Cloud Platform. You will ensure BU teams leverage cloud capabilities to the fullest, aligning infrastructure with business goals.

You will own integration scope, support incident resolution, translate technical pain points into fixes, and collaborate with BU engineers and Product Owners to improve platform efficiency and roadmap delivery.

Formación

• Proven experience solving technical business problems and contributing to projects requiring deep DevOps and Cloud knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to continuously research, learn, innovate, and share knowledge.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional, and geo-distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Scope / (Content Leadership): Manages integration for specific, defined Business Units (BUs).
• Accountability/Problem Solving: Accountable for BU satisfaction and supports the RCP Managed Service Provider with incident resolution.
• Stakeholder Management: Interfaces with BU engineers and Product Owners, translating technical pain points into fixes.
• Impact/Strategy: Influence roadmap through BU efficiency improvements.
• Business/Technical ability: Strong AWS practitioner understanding BU language (e.g., Computational Science).
