We are looking for a Design Project Manager to join our in-house design team. You will manage client expectations while overseeing the progress of solutions and the UX / UI designers' team. Our focus industries include, but are not limited to : Professional Services (Financial and Accounting web and mobile applications), Digital Services (Human Resources, Remote work, Productivity systems), E-commerce, Logistics, Transportation, and more.

Responsibilities

• Project management & coordination : Manage end-to-end project processes, including planning, requirements gathering, backlog management, reviews, design process support, and cross-team collaboration.
• Coordinate with clients, UX / UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Facilitate client calls to present progress, discuss next steps, and align goals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Consolidate and manage project documentation.
• Planning & monitoring : Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress; adjust plans as needed; report on project status; manage risks.
• Quality assurance : Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables, facilitate retrospectives, and verify that content meets context and quality standards.
• Collaborate with leads on proposals for project extensions or new initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience working with creative teams and clients, preferably in an agency or studio setting.
• Ability to gather requirements effectively, preferring creative briefs over predefined solutions.
• Strong understanding of design creation and project workflows; knowledge of UX principles is a significant plus.
• Ability to suggest design solutions in the absence of a designer.
• Proficiency in PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), including planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of SAFe, task & time tracking systems, and collaboration tools like FigJam and Mural.
• Basic navigation skills in Figma (copying, moving elements, editing UX copy).

Additional assets include understanding UX Writing, WCAG, HCD / UCD methodologies, SDLS, and soft skills such as organization, goal-orientation, communication, learning enthusiasm, flexibility, proactivity, and ownership.

• Ukrainian and English, with an Advanced / C1 level in both written and spoken English required.
