Formación

We are seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator to adapt and localize Disney+ assets and coordinate project lifecycles for marketing assets within the Disney+ Iberia Creative Operations team. This role involves supporting the delivery and tracking of marketing materials across Disney+ in Iberia.

The responsibilities include adapting promotional materials, obtaining approvals, and ensuring timely delivery to implement Disney+ creative strategies aligned with the overall Brand Strategy. Creative development areas encompass Media Planning, Social Media Content, Press Media Kit, PR, Performance, Customer Management, Partnerships, and Synergy.

This position requires onsite presence 4 days a week in our Madrid office, with one day remote.

What You Will Do
  1. Produce high-quality concept art.
  2. Generate multiple ideas for artworks across various consumer touchpoints.
  3. Deliver high-quality artwork for our streaming service.
  4. Create and adapt email templates and campaigns for prospects and members.
  5. Translate, localize, and adapt campaign assets across formats (display, rich media, print, in-app, partnerships).
  6. Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to adapt creative assets (Brand, Social, Performance, Customer Management, etc.).
  7. Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency with strategy.
  8. Manage workflow of materials, including technical needs, formats, and taxonomy.
  9. Oversee asset delivery, maintain records, and facilitate communication among teams.
  10. Ensure quality, compliance, and integrity of all work.
  11. Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  12. Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Media/Entertainment, including creative agencies in asset management or editing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital design principles (composition, color, hierarchy).
  • Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of print production and digital design.
  • Ability to manage content across multiple repositories and platforms.
  • Experience in static and video asset editing.
  • Portfolio demonstrating Brand, Social, Performance, and Direct Response content.
  • Background in digital and direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • Experience working with brands.
  • Understanding of various video, audio, and print formats.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and communicative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
