As our new Design Engineer your passion for technical design will come to life! You will play a crucial role in developing equipment for the transportation, lifting, and assembly of offshore wind turbines. Envision being at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution, taking on the challenges posed by increasingly larger and heavier turbines. Your work will ensure that our equipment is delivered on time and meets the highest quality standards, making a real impact in the industry.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Design and develop equipment solutions in NX, both in 3D and 2D formats, to support the assembly of offshore wind turbines.
• Lead the conceptual development of new equipment tailored for upcoming platforms, driving innovation in our processes.
• Act as the technical point of contact for projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to facilitate the approval processes for your designs, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Review and approve the designs of your colleagues, encouraging a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience with CAD software, with a strong preference for NX, showcasing your technical expertise.
• A proactive, outgoing demeanor that drives you to take initiative and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in team settings, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.
• An approach geared towards achieving goals, combine with strong communication skills, to effectively convey ideas.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, ensuring smooth interactions with diverse teams and stakeholders.
