Scopely is looking for a Design Director to join the GSN Casino team in Spain on a hybrid basis!

What You'll Do :

• Lead the creative vision and execution for GSN Casino, ensuring the game is engaging, innovative, and aligned with strategic goals. Oversee all aspects of game design from concept to release and beyond.
• Collaborate with senior leaders within the Casino Division to develop strategies and roadmaps for game development.
• Ensure the design team maintains a cohesive vision for the game's look, feel, audio-visuals, and overall player experience.
• Research and communicate trends in casual, social casino, and real-money gaming industries.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, aiming to meet or exceed land-based casino game standards.
• Partner with Analytics and Player Insights teams to optimize features, designs, and themes based on metrics.
• Mentor and develop junior game designers, providing guidance and feedback for professional growth.
• Develop and promote standards for player experience and game design processes.

About You :

• Possess 10+ years of experience in designing or producing successful mass-market casual games, preferably in the social casino market.
• Experience leading game design teams, demonstrating motivation and innovation.
• Creative problem-solver with an outstanding approach to challenges and product contributions.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and creative divisions.
• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skilled at translating ideas into actionable projects.
