We are seeking a talented Store Design Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing store design concepts, managing retail installations, and collaborating with marketing teams to align store designs with commercial objectives. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and budgets.

• Implementing store design concepts across regions by coordinating between corporate architecture, visual merchandising, procurement, external suppliers, retailers, and sales and marketing teams.
• Creating designs, floor plans, 3D renders, and construction drawings using Vectorworks for retail environments, adhering to brand guidelines. Preparing print files for graphic packages and presentation packs for approvals.
• Managing regional retail installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within allocated resources.
• Raising purchase orders and tracking project expenses.
• Collaborating with marketing to ensure store designs align with commercial and brand objectives.
• Liaising with retailers for design sign-offs and adapting designs to store guidelines as needed.
• Conducting site surveys to initiate new projects.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of retail point-of-sale toolboxes and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Supporting new product launches in existing stores using global standards tailored to local markets.
• Visiting stores to maintain performance and suggest improvements, acting as the local representative of the corporate architecture team.
• Developing and executing trade fair setups in coordination with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in implementing retail store projects.
• Proficiency in creating designs, floor plans, 3D renders, and construction drawings with Vectorworks.
• Fluent business English and proficiency in Spanish.
• Familiarity with retail processes and operating standards, with a proactive attitude.
• Positive, entrepreneurial, and hands-on mindset.
