Join our dynamic M&A and Partnerships team, where you'll play a key role in driving North Star’s growth. Reporting to the Head of M&A and Partnerships, you'll identify and engage potential partners and acquisition targets, supporting the entire deal process from lead generation to closing.

As our Partnership Manager you will :

  • Generate target leads using company tools
  • Reach out to leads using multiple channels e.g. mail, call, LinkedIn
  • Follow up diligently with your leads and keep track of every interaction in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Assist team in creating marketing materials
  • Assist team in performing asset analysis (e.g. SEO, tech, legal) and valuations supporting negotiations
  • Coordinate with other departments

Additional information on the role :

In a multi-cultural team, you would report to the Head of M&A and Partnerships. Your key objective is closing partnership and M&A deals. You will be involved in the whole process, from lead generation to analysis (SEO, valuation), negotiations, and closing.

The M&A and Partnerships team is crucial to the growth and success of North Star, and you will play a key role in the company’s growth.

Your profile should include :

  • Deal-maker and problem-solving mindset
  • Proactive and taking pride in advancing situations
  • Strong digital culture, and ideally, familiar with these tools : Asana, Notion, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Similarweb, and Ahrefs.
  • Experience in reaching out to targets or prospects
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and any other additional language is a plus, comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Keen on sports and having knowledge of the sports and / or iGaming industry is a plus.

What we are offering :

Where : Full remote or Hybrid in our offices in Levallois-Perret (France)

Contract type : CDI (France-based) or Service Provider (full remote)

Start : As soon as possible.

Compensation :

Attractive package including fixed and uncapped bonus based on deal objectives
