To reinforce our Commercial team, we are looking for a Sales Assistant.

Mission and Key Tasks

• Business administration process
• Manage and follow up of the Ontex SF reporting (C4C) and all the reports from the Promotional partners.
• Sales plan coverage / incentives / commissions regarding the different goals for each Region.
• Implementation, follow up and execution of all the transfers coming from the pharmacies / Cooperatives ensuring the correct investment for each Region.
• Maintain effective communication with the Sales and Marketing team.
• Set up, monitor, and analyze digital trade marketing and promotional campaigns in the Field.
• Be involved in all the Sales Force Excellence initiatives in Spain.

Background and Experience

• University degree, fluent in English, computer skills (especially with Excel), SAP, new technologies.
• Teamwork and collaboration, good interpersonal skills.
