What you will be doing

You will work on international projects within squads that include team members from Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Your communication will be in English, and you'll use agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. You will collaborate with team members and clients to define, design, and develop new functionalities, applying SOLID principles and creating unit tests. Your work will be validated with CI in Azure DevOps and measured with Sonar.

The first week: You will receive and set up your MacBook PRO and equipment, be introduced to your colleagues by Alfredo Gil, our Managing Partner and CTO, and start your training, including your first free weekly meal.

In 30 days: You will be an active member of your squad, contributing with your professional skills. You will help shape our culture and experience the rewards of working in an international environment. Your technical skills will improve with team support, and your English will develop quickly through social events.

In three months: You will take responsibility for a key part of the e-commerce project, receiving positive feedback from the client. In six months: You will be performing at maximum capacity, with thousands of users benefiting from your developments. You will pass your trial period successfully, choose your hardware, and celebrate your achievements.

Where you will be doing it :

Our offices are located in Edificio Europa, Avenida de Aragon, Valencia’s city centre, on the 13th floor with views of the city and the sea. The area offers many amenities, and the public transport, including the metro, is convenient.

What you bring :

Proficiency in English (B2/C1). Proven experience as a Node.js Developer, with solid understanding of core principles. Java experience is a plus but not mandatory. Experience with cloud providers (AWS preferred). Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Familiarity with RabbitMQ or Kafka. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of monitoring tools like Datadog is a plus. Ability to work with scalable, distributed systems. Experience with version control systems, preferably Github. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence). Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
