About the role :

As a Junior Technical Presales in Cisco, you will be responsible for working in the CISCO solution area, gaining accreditation and subject matter expert expertise (predominantly for one vendor), working internally and externally with the partner base and sales organization on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.

What you'll do :

  • Ability to work with the sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions (e.g., define a Bill of Materials for use by the sales team) to meet customer requirements.
  • Ability to create quotes on the CISCO portfolio using CISCO tools.
  • Internal discussions with internal European CISCO teams, as well as with partners and end customers.
  • Manage workshops and training sessions.
  • Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
  • Deal with product / solution inquiries from internal / external sales, vendors, and resellers.
  • Work towards the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology group and the achievement of any vendor-related accreditation.

What we're kindly looking for :

  • Previous experience in Sales and Presales in the Network scope.
  • Technical knowledge in Wireless, Routing & Switching.
  • Experience in CCNA Routing & Switching.
  • Knowledge of Webex and telephone exchanges, VOIP.
  • Desirable: knowledge of the complete CISCO portfolio, experience in pre-sales and business development tasks for each of the architectures.
  • Certification in CCNA is mandatory.
  • Multicultural person, capable of communicating with very different stakeholders and collaborating with the Cisco Central European TD SYNNEX team.

Willingness to travel for in-person workshops.
