A leading luxury hospitality company is seeking a Deputy Restaurant Director to enhance guest satisfaction and lead a sizeable team in achieving business objectives. This role emphasizes training, creativity, and maintaining high standards, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a positive outlook.

Formación

  • Previous experience leading a high performing team of 25+ colleagues.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Luxury hospitality experience preferred.

Descripción del empleo

The Deputy Restaurant Director is responsible for achieving the goals and targets set by the Director while maximizing revenue and maintaining the reputation of the restaurant. Overseeing and directing the team, setting a good example and acting with the intention of meeting the objectives of the business.

This role places an emphasis on training and development of all team members by identifying areas for growth and promoting a culture that values learning. Acting as a leader within the department and maintaining the highest levels of satisfaction by creating special moments for the guests.

It is important that the Deputy Restaurant Director is focused and positive and genuine. The Deputy Restaurant Director must be available to offer their support to the department and display entrepreneurial ownership of the Restaurant through creativity and connection with the other hotel outlets.

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience leading a high performing team of 25 + colleagues required

Luxury hospitality experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality

Good level of written and spoken English

Empathy and care for your guests and colleagues

Ability to work under pressure

Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment
